Chris is a Partner at HEAL Partners and has more than 15 years of investment banking, corporate finance, strategy and business operations experience.
Before joining HEAL Partners, Chris was a Managing Director at one of the largest US-based investment banks. In that capacity, Chris oversaw industry coverage for multi-unit wellness and consumer services companies.
Chris led a broad range of strategic and capital markets transactions for high growth private companies, public companies and financial sponsors including the origination and execution of M&A advisory and restructuring assignments, high yield & leveraged loan offerings, equity offerings and private placements.
Chris began his career at a US-based bulge bracket investment bank in their Leveraged Finance group covering the healthcare, media, technology and telecommunications industries.
Apart from his corporate finance experience, Chris has been involved with a wide variety of commercial real estate and private investments across the United States. Chris founded and grew (both organically and via acquisition) what quickly became one of the largest operators of salon suites in the Southeastern US.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wake Forest University and resides in the US with his family.
